Jobing Description
In this role you will work part time 9:30am-3:00pm with some variation. You will carry out routine accounts payable and general ledger duties, as well as general administrative tasks, such as reception duties.
Your responsibilities will include:
Accurately inputting invoices, investigating and concluding invoice discrepancies.
Processing bi-weekly payments of invoices.
Maintenance of accounts payable records.
Recording all cash receipts.
Recording and tracking job costing variances on production jobs.
Reconciling all job costing for each company, creating invoices for time and materials.
Assisting the production manager with the development of bill of materials, and materials management procedures.
As the successful applicant you will have:
An Associates degree, with a minimum of one year accounting experience.
Must be familiar with generally accepted accounting principles.
Advanced MS Office and accounting software skills.
The ability to interact professionally and courteously with people at all levels.
Excellent organizational skills and strong attention to detail.Important Notes
