Jobing Description

In this role you will work part time 9:30am-3:00pm with some variation. You will carry out routine accounts payable and general ledger duties, as well as general administrative tasks, such as reception duties.


Your responsibilities will include:

  • Accurately inputting invoices, investigating and concluding invoice discrepancies.
  • Processing bi-weekly payments of invoices.
  • Maintenance of accounts payable records.
  • Recording all cash receipts.
  • Recording and tracking job costing variances on production jobs.
  • Reconciling all job costing for each company, creating invoices for time and materials.
  • Assisting the production manager with the development of bill of materials, and materials management procedures.


    As the successful applicant you will have:
  • An Associates degree, with a minimum of one year accounting experience.
  • Must be familiar with generally accepted accounting principles.
  • Advanced MS Office and accounting software skills.
  • The ability to interact professionally and courteously with people at all levels.
  • Excellent organizational skills and strong attention to detail.
