Maintenance Techs - HVAC CERTIFIED DESIRED AND MUST HAVE VERIFIABLE ON-THE-JOB EXPERIENCE.
Working in a fast paced environment, yet requiring exceptionally high standards and attention to detail, we are looking for Maintenance Technicians with hands-on experience in repairs of drywall, electrical, plumbing, painting, and pool maintenance. To be qualified for this position you must have previous satisfactory experience in all aspects of apartment make-ready turns and timely completion of work orders. The ideal candidate will be courteous and professional with team members and residents, be reliable, take direction well, and work well independently. This is a full-time position and you must also be available on-call on occasion. Tools and reliable transportation required.
