Our medical group is seeking Medical Front Office Specialists with great interpersonal skills to join our growing team. We currently have openings in a variety of clinical offices.

Our Medical Front Office Specialists greet patients and visitors and perform various duties pertaining to patient registration and appointment scheduling. These duties may Include data entry, insurance verification, cashiering, record-keeping, and forms completion. Interfaces with back office personnel and physicians in facilitating patient flow. May also answer phones, route calls, and take messages.

Skills / Requirements

Education: High school diploma or equivalent. 

Preferred Experience/Qualifications: One year of experience as front office receptionist with computer and telephone responsibilities.

Other Qualifications: Excellent verbal communication and general clerical skills.
