A Place to Call Home has an immediate opening for a Family Specialist in our Tucson Facility . Now Recruiting in Tucson ALL applicants please apply and call us for more information about this great opportunity in Tuscon. The applicant must have a Bachelor's Degree; ideally in a social services related field, experience in foster care/adoption case management, licensing foster homes and certifying adoption homes, developmental disabilities, behavior principles and working with children and families.
A Place to Call Home encourages applicants with in-depth knowledge of the DDD systems, DCYF systems and behavioral health systems (including DSM-IV diagnoses) to apply, pertaining to both children and adults.
Candidate must have excellent writing, organizational, computer and time-management skills as well as reliable transportation, a flexible schedule and a passion for supporting foster/adoptive families, children, youth and adults, especially those with special needs.

There is a significant learning curve and any applicant must be able to handle on-going training/learning in addition to carrying a caseload. All employees are asked to sign a Non-Compete Agreement upon employment.
