Our Agency is currently searching for an excellent Caseworker to case manage up to 25 residential adult criminal justice clients.

Case management responsibilities include organization and upkeep of client files, educational plans and school contacts, ensuring medical needs for clients are met, individual case management sessions, report writing, monitoring of client accountability, working with clinical and casemanagement team, monitoring employment progress, developing a budget, developing an individual program plan and assisting the client to meet those goals, monitoring risk and communicating with constituents.


Hours: Off Mon & Tues; Wed-Sat 1330-2230; Sunday 0800-1700

Skills / Requirements

BA/BS degree in social services or related field plus two years of working experience in one of the following areas:
