Jobing Description

Duties
* CNC Machine Operator and Hands on Set-Up with Mills or Lathes.
* Will follow drawings, engineering prints and written instructions effectively
* Apply basic knowledge of mechanics, shop mathematics, engineering drawings, metal properties, layout and machining procedures to set-up and operate CNC machine tools accurately, safely and efficiently.
* Set up FAI and operate. Inspect and verify conformance to specifications +/-.0005
* Prototype and short production runs, able to use Mills or Lathes with low to no supervision, QC qualify.

Qualifications
* 4-5 years minimum experience, required
* Haas and Fadal Milling centers experience preferred.
* Master/Cam 9V, Fanuc controls OT for CNC lathes experience preferred.
* High school diploma or GED, trade school certificate or associates degree preferred.
* Ability to take and follow directions with a good attitude.
* Team player, hard worker with good work ethic.
* Prior experience in an ISO 9001 environment preferred, but not required.
* Prior experience Programming helpful, but not required.

Skills / Requirements
