Our Commitment

Tucson Medical Center employees are valued for their commitment to providing the highest level of patient care. The hospital recognizes its employees in a variety of ways, from company-wide events to service awards. Specifically, nurses are honored by two quarterly awards given by TMC's Professional Development Council. The Nurse of the Quarter Award and the Daisy Award honorees are chosen from submissions by either a fellow employee or a patient and their family.
