Profile: Mature Worker Connection

Mature Worker Connection was established in 2005 as a non-profit referal and job placement service for Pima County AZ residents age 50 and older.  We are a program of the Pima Council on Aging.  

Our mission is to refer qualified applicants who meet the workforce needs of employers.

Ensure that mature workers are prepared for and secure meaningful employment.

Make employers aware of the value of mature workers.
