A successful Collections Associate is responsible for reaching out to customers of our mortgage division who have fallen 30-60 days behind on their bills. The objective is to partner with our client to create a payment plan that is fair and reasonable. Collections will require a strong desire to assist customers. Must have good listening skills and have the ability to propose plans to benefit both the customer and Citi.
