The Director, Centralized Billing Office is responsible for enhancing and maintaining a properly functioning revenue cycle process through a cross-department organizational structure. These functional areas act interdependently during a patient visit, contributing critical information required for clinical service and procuring payment. Critical responsibilities include achievement of annual and periodic goals for significant statistical indicators of revenue cycle performance and for the organization‚s overall financial performance. Accountable for all aspects of development, management and financial success of multi-site organization. Develops and articulates mission and vision, develops business plan, financial and budget targets, and quality measures. Responsible for contractual relationships with insurance vendors. Develops plan to ensure outstanding customer/patient satisfaction.

Skills / Requirements
Bachelors Degree in Management, Health Care Administration required. Master's preferred
Minimum of 15 years experience of progressive managerial experience in Revenue Cycle operations environment. Minimum of 5 years experience in fully leading a large, highly matrixed, multi facility system revenue cycle.
Knowledge of Microsoft Word, Excel, and PowerPoint
Strong work ethic
Excellent customer service skills
Strong organizational skills
