TriSports.com, the world‚s largest triathlon store is looking for an energetic, professional and dedicated person to become our E-Commerce Analyst.

The E-Commerce Analyst will provide insights, analysis and recommendations to Senior Management to improve web-based sales performance. The ideal candidate should possess a solid proficiency with Adobe Digital Marketing Suite and Google Analytics and have a proven ability to provide monthly dashboards with key performance metrics.

TriSports.com is an open, casual, dog friendly company with a high energy atmosphere located in Tucson, Arizona. Great effort has been made to make our facility environmentally-friendly, including a solar array that produces 95% of our power usage and a 36,000 gallon rainwater harvesting system. The E-commerce analyst is responsible for maintaining and building the SEO optimization for the website. This position will be analyzing site traffic to assist in reaching annual E-Commerce goals, budgets and strategies. This position will be responsible for being the executor for all PPC campaigns including testing, implementing and analytics.

Skills / Requirements

Job Responsibilities and Duties:

  • Analyze and report on website metrics to increase web traffic and maximize SEO impact.
  • Implement Internet marketing strategies and tactics to increase website traffic and improve conversion, average order size and repeat business.
  • Measure and report on effectiveness of all marketing efforts.
  • Analyze online merchandising strategies and offer recommendations to improve website aesthetics.
  • Assist in maintaining annual E-Commerce goals, budgets, and strategies.
  • Analyze TriSports.com web-based sales performance and web analytics to identify risks and opportunities.

    Education and Experience:
  • Bachelor‚s Degree in Business, Marketing or related field.
  • Minimum of 3 years experience in a related E-Commerce role.
  • Must have experience with Google Analytics and Adobe Digital Marketing Suite.
  • Mastery of SEO and SEM.

    Abilities and Skills:
  • Proficient with Microsoft applications such as Excel, Outlook and Word.
  • Proficient in HTML.
  • Excellent written and verbal communications skills.
  • Working knowledge of basic statistics, e.g. A/B multivariate testing, regression testing.
  • Must have strong project management skills and manage multiple projects from start to finish.
  • Knowledge of E-Commerce and PPC best practices.
  • Demonstrated ability to move between strategic and tactical execution.
  • Ability to develop, coordinate and implement targeted promotions and merchandising offers across multiple platforms (PC, mobile app, and mobile web). Should have a good critical eye on sound content, messaging, and brand elements of creative development.
