Job Type: FULL TIME

Provides functional-level support to business units in the use of an EPIC system and other assigned applications. Provides system analysis and design, system configuration, troubleshooting, training, and testing. Formulates and defines system scope and objectives through research and fact-finding combined with an understanding of applicable business systems and industry requirements. Devises or modifies procedures to solve moderately complex problems on an EPIC implementation and support environment. Analyzes business operations and provides consultation for optimum EPIC system utilization.

MINIMUM QUALIFICATIONS:
EDUCATION:
Bachelor's degree (B. S.) from four-year college or university, or an equivalent combination of relevant education and experience.

EXPERIENCE:
One (1) to (3) years of business system analysis experience on an EPIC application implementation.

LICENSURE OR CERTIFICATION:
Must have EPIC certification in one or more major products/solutions or have 2 years of experience designing, building and maintaining one or more major products/solutions while meeting or exceeding performance expectations and annual objectives.
