Local firm looking to promote from within and need to add an individual that can head up the company's Financial Analysis and Planning. They will be responsible for scheduling and directing all the aspects of the organization's financial analysis and planning projects, manages the financial shared services team and plays a key role in the company's strategic planning process. This responsibility will be carried out by providing leadership and guidance to achieve the ever-increasing levels of customer satisfaction, financial performance and employee commitment by operating on the basis of trust and respect and creating a culture of continuous improvement. This position will have great exposure to the executive team. Requirements: Bachelor's Degree in Accounting, MBA or CPA preferred, 10+ of experience in the field, significant technical competence regarding GAAP accounting, possess strong analytical and organizational skills, Financial Reporting, Consolidations, Planning and Analysis. Experience working with an international company is preferred, strong collaborative skills and ability to work in a dynamic, fast-paced environment. There will be quarterly travel involved with this position.
