Jobing Description

In this role you will provide office support in completing HR and administrative tasks. You will support HR by assisting with time card collection, candidate screening, new hire paperwork and new hire orientations, whilst providing administrative support by completing data entry duties, maintaining files and providing excellent customer service.


In addition to the above you must have the following requirements:

  • A minimum of 1 year experience as an Administrative Assistant, HR Assistant, or Receptionist.
  • Must be able to type a minimum of 45 WPM.
  • Ability to think on ones toes, whilst working in a fast-paced environment is required.
  • Sound organizational skills are essential.
  • Sound computer proficiency to include but not limited to MS Word and Excel.
  • The ability to multi-task with the willingness to learn.
  • Top notch telephone etiquette.
  • Experience working with different types of people is a plus!
  • Pleasant mannerism and a cheerful disposition are essential!
