Fast growing, successful company looking for an IT leader who can define the role of IT; create and support the vision for the department; provide input to and support the strategic direction and assemble the technological infrastructure to support the growth of the company. Ability to effectively communicate in a positive manner; work alone or collaboratively within a team, a visionary regarding company and technology growth.

Skills / Requirements

Experienced in team development and coaching. IT education/skills/
experience includes a Bachelor‚s Degree in Computer Science, Computer Engineering or related field; 10 years of progressive IT experience may substitute for the degree; at least 5 years experience in an IT leadership role for a mid-sized company supporting 100+ desktops, multiple servers/ multiple locations; firewalls, networking, phone systems, Microsoft Office, Windows Servers, WAN and VPN set up and maintenance, Exchange, Remote Desktop, SQL server and Active Directory.
