We are hiring for immediate placement in our customer service/sales call center at our Williams Center, Tucson, AZ. We offer a competitive compensation package including paid professional training. A variety of shifts are available, including weekends.

Position
The Customer Sales Consultant is a call center job involving high volume call activity. Duties include:

Answering calls and resolving issues as well as providing technical support for wireline services

Identify customer needs and promote and sell products/services.

Notate customer accounts in a professional manner and entering and confirming sales using various Afni and client-software packages

Attending training to update product/service knowledge

Skills / Requirements

Requirements:

  • Be proficient on the computer, including navigation of the web
  • Possess strong communication and customer service skills
  • Pass a criminal background check and drug test
  • Possess a HS Diploma or GED
  • Pass comprehensive assessments during and after training
