Jobing Description

We are currently seeking a full time Therapeutic Day Program Manager (TDPM).
Under supervision of the Clinical Services Manager, the TDPM is responsible for the development, implementation, operation, evaluation, and management of the Therapeutic Day Program.

Skills / Requirements

Minimum Qualifications:
Masters Degree in a BH related field plus four (4) years BH work experience, which includes service in a supervisory or instructional capacity. Must be licensed as a BHP (Behavioral Health Professional) within the state of Arizona.

Important Notes

Pay is based on education and relevant work experience.

Must be 21 years of age (licensing requirement) and possess a valid AZ drivers license with no major moving violations and no more than two moving violations within the last three years. Applicants must be able to pass a pre-employment drug screen.
