Unique opportunity with a client in the financial industry. *$300 Sign-on bonus!

Dimension & Scope:

Interface with customers via inbound or outbound calls or the Internet for the purpose of resolving routine problems with products or services. Inbound calls consist of merchants calling in for support with the POS (Point of Sale) gateways and other internet utilities. Follow up may be required depending on severity of the issue.
MUST POSSESS BILINGUAL FLUENCY IN ENGLISH/SPANISH.


Principal Duties and Responsibilities:

oGreet customers in a courteous, friendly, and professional manner using agreed upon procedures.
oListen attentively to customer needs and concerns;
oDemonstrate empathy.
oClarify customer requirements; probe for and confirm understanding of requirements or problem.
oMeet customer requirements through first contact resolution.
oConfirm customer understanding of the solution and provide additional customer education as needed.
oPrepare complete and accurate work and update customer file.
oCommunicate effectively with individuals/teams in the program to ensure high quality and timely expedition of customer requests.
oEffectively transfer misdirected customer requests to an appropriate party.
oContribute ideas on ways to resolve problems to better serve the customer and/or improve productivity.
oParticipate in activities designed to improve customer satisfaction and business performance.
oOccasionally use decision-support tools to answer questions.
oDemonstrated ability to use an online knowledge base tools to effectively support customers needs.
oSolve problems that are sometimes unstructured and that may require reliance on conceptual thinking.
oOffer solutions to issues that are often non-standard/non-routine and require some clarification.
oMaintain broad knowledge of client products and services.

Education & Professional Certifications:

High school diploma or equivalent experience.

Candidate Profile:

oMust be minimum 18 years of age
oDemonstrated proficiency with computers (i.e. Internet Explorer, toggle between multiple screens).
oWillingness to rotate shifts, as needed.
oAbility to learn.
oCourteous with strong customer service orientation.
oDependable with proficient attention to detail.
oGood listening and responding skills.
oMust be flexible with the ability to adapt to changes quickly and think conceptually.
oPossess insight into self and others.
oSolid problem solving skills.
oSome technical knowledge.
MUST POSSESS BILINGUAL FLUENCY IN ENGLISH/SPANISH.

Environment, Physical & Other Requirements:

Ability to perform light hand activity work at a computer/telephone station in an office environment. Position is primarily sedentary. May stretch or stand at workstation for short periods at employee''s option, as long as such activity does not detract from the employee''s work, or interfere with other employees.

Skills / Requirements

Must be at least 18 years of age.
Must possess high school diploma or GED equivalent.
Must possess a stable work history.
Must be able to pass criminal background check and drug screen.
Must be flexible to work hours of operation.
Must possess strong customer service skills.
Must possess strong communication siills.
