Greeting all clients.
We are in need of a pleasant, professional Office Specialist, to step into a 3 month contract assignment, working Monday through to Friday 7am - 5.30pm - with our established Tucson client.
Your responsibilities will include:
Answering phones, filing, scanning, mailing and distributing documents.
Entering information onto excel and access databases.
Ordering materials, filling in invoices and processing requests.
Assisting with the planning of events and running errands as and when required.
Skills / Requirements
A High School Diploma, with a minimum of 2 years solid clerical experience.
You will also need the following minimum requirements:
Ability to type a minimum of 50 WPM.
Computer proficiency, including but not limited to Word, Excel, Access and Outlook. Testing will be required.
Sound data entry skills.
Ability to learn, comprehend and follow instructions.
Ability to work with diverse backgrounds.
Excellent communication skills.
Must be professional, flexible, reliable, trustworthy and self motivated.
A full background check will be required.
