JFCS a leading social service agency in the Tucson area is seeking a professional in behavioral health and social services to manage and grow programs servicing our adult clients as well as provide direct service to her/his own clients.. These programs range from fee-for-service counseling to financial assistance to support group programs. Program managers and therapists in these various programs will report to the Director.

Skills / Requirements

Qualified candidates will have a minimum of 5 years leadership experience in a non-profit organization providing behavioral and/or social services to clients. An MSW or equivalent degree and independent licensure (LCSW, LPC, etc.) is required.

o Legal statutes & precedents affecting social service/behavioral health care providers
o Business development
o Program development
o Grant proposals
o Clinical supervision
o People & organization management
