If you are currently licensed this is a HUGE PLUS!!
If you are not licensed but are a driven sales person with experience, our client is willing to train. HOWEVER, you will be required to pay to obtain your license to sell and once successfully have passed you will be reimbursed with the understanding that there would be a minimum 1-year commitment to our client.

To work as an employee of a State Farm independent contractor agent assisting the agent in marketing State Farm products and services and in providing quality service to State Farm customers.

Work Experience

  • Experience in marketing and/or customer service desirable.
  • Experience with popular computer software desirable.
  • Knowledge of personal lines insurance products desirable.

    Duties & Responsibilities
  • Meet sales/marketing goals set by the agent.
  • Implement the agency‚s marketing plan and campaigns at direction of the agent.
  • Work from the agent‚s office or other locations to contact prospects and current policyholders to generate interest in insurance financial review appointments.
  • Conduct needs based interviews supported by technology.
  • Provide prompt, accurate, friendly, cost-effective service and utilize it as a basis for establishing a marketing opportunity.
  • Perform other related duties as assigned by the agent.
  • Provide prompt, accurate, friendly, cost-effective service by responding to inquiries from existing policyholders and the general public regarding insurance availability, eligibility, coverage‚s, policy changes, transfers, claim submission procedures and status, rates, billing clarification, payment plans and procedures, and make referrals for marketing opportunities as appropriate.
  • Prepare forms, policies and endorsements when required.
  • Provide service to the public and policyholders in a pleasant and courteous manner.
  • As directed by the agent, work with State Farm computer system to update information in customer databases used by the agent.
  • Contact prospects and current policyholders for appointments.
  • Meet customer service goals and assist with marketing goals as directed by the agent.

    Job Related Training Requirements
    Successfully complete all company, state and federal requirements (licenses) to market and service designated State Farm products and continue to be licensed in good standing is required.

    Important Notes

    Hourly pay (DOE) PLUS Commission AND Bonuses. Once made permanent, pay will be increased PLUS Commission AND Bonuses continue. Bonus potential BEGINS at DAY ONE! Great Bonus potential!!

    If you are not currently licensed, you will not be eligible for bonuses and commissions until after successfully obtaining your license to sell.

    Schedule will be: Mon/Wed/Fri from 9:00am to 6:00pm; Tues/Thurs from 10:00am to 7:00pm.
