Entry level opportunity for those new to corrections, behavioral health or social services, or an opportunity for an individual who wishes to increase their experience in behavioral health or criminal justice and/or for a retired individual from a previous career in law enforcement, criminal justice or corrections. We have a superior team, are growing and want to add a few more quality personnel to our award winning Agency.

Primary duties in our private Reentry programs will include; direct care and oversight of our adult or juvenile clients while on site at the facility to include adherence to the contract requirements, licensing and Agency rules, monitoring for drug and alcohol use, writing discipline reports, performing security checks on the grounds and within the facility, conducting facility and client searches, assisting with medication, meal set-up and distribution, monitoring for contraband, controling movement in and out of the facility, assisting with teaching skills groups, and interacting with clients to give feedback on their behavior and actions.

Shift: OFF Thursday and Friday; Sat: 1500-2300; Sun and Mon 2300-0700; Tues and Wed 1500-2300 Please note that posted dates and hours are subject to change.

Skills / Requirements

ST I minimum requirements: H.S. diploma and one year exp in social services, criminal justice, security, or related skills preferred.

ST II minimum requirements: B.A. Degree; Associates Degree with one year experience in Social Services or in the field of Corrections; or three years experience in Social Services or Corrections.

High integrity and sound decision-making abilities required. Valid AZ license, clean MVD report; pass drug screen and physical exams; state and federal background checks; state and federal fingerprint clearance. Minimum 21 years of age.
