NESCO Resource is currently recruiting for a SHAREPOINT Developer/Administrator for a Direct position for our client in Tucson, Arizona.

Primarily responsible for the coordination and completion of assigned projects. Sets task deadlines, assigns responsibilities, and monitors and summarizes progress of projects. Prepares reports for upper management regarding status of projects. Supervised by the IT Applications Corporate Director.
Responsibilities:
a) Essential Duties
i) Develops and oversees project plans and specifications.
ii) Monitors and communicates project progress, issues, risks, feasibility studies, resource utilization, milestones, and critical paths to project team and department management.
iii) Interact, cooperate with and assist Programmers.
iv) Interact and communicate with internal clients on a regular basis.
v) Interact and oversee vendor projects as needed.
vi) Develop training materials and conduct classes for staff to ensure technology is being used at its full potential.
vii) Ensure timely and effective delivery of the solution into production.
viii) Document technical requirements and implement change control procedures.
ix) Maintain existing and create new SharePoint site collections and sites.
x) Work with SharePoint Administrators as needed.
xi) Participate in technical advisory roles as required.
xii) Interact with guests as needed.
xiii) Ensure effective handoff to operations for ongoing maintenance and troubleshooting.
xiv) Mentor associates and foster a learning and growth environment.
xv) Provides backup to other Canyon Ranch properties in the absence of Information Technology professionals, as required.
b) Additional Duties
i) Performs other job-related duties as directed.

Skills / Requirements

Qualifications
a) Must possess 4+ years of project management or 6+ years of analyst experience.
b) Bachelor’s degree is recommended.
c) Must possess in-depth knowledge of Microsoft SharePoint.
d) Must possess demonstrated skills with project management tools and methodologies.
e) Must have good problem solving and communication skills.
f) Must possess a working knowledge of the following Microsoft products: Windows XP/Vista/7, Project, and Office 2003/2010.
g) Must have the ability to maintain confidentiality.
h) Must be able to prioritize workloads and balance multiple ongoing projects simultaneously. Ability to meet stated deadlines.
i) Have demonstrated success working in a team-based environment.
j) Must have strong written and verbal communication skills.
