Tucson Greyhound Park is a Southern Arizona tradition offering quality greyhound and thoroughbred horse racing, and family entertainment for over 6 decades. Experienced Short Order Cook required. This position requires more than the ability to prepare sandwiches. Candidates must have the experience to plan and cook a dinner special. Duties also include preparing a variety of hot and cold sandwiches or side dishes.

Good customer service skills are a must as this position has direct contact with our customers. At least 2 years food prepration experience to include prep, stocking, and strong attention to cleanliness. Ability to operate a cash register and make accurate change.

Skills / Requirements

Two years cooking experience
Able to lift 25 pounds.
Food preperation certificate helpful
