Jobing Description



In this role you will be responsible for the design, analysis, manufacturing and testing of electrical products. You will provide technical and administrative supervision for a team of engineers, specialists and technicians. Proven leadership experience is essential.




In addition to the above, your responsibilities will also include:


  • Performing conceptual formulation studies.
  • Managing proposal efforts related to the engineering specialty for submission to government agencies and private industries.
  • Supervising engineering and technical staff, evaluating individual performances.
  • Providing training and career growth opportunities for qualified staff.

    Skills / Requirements



    You will also need the following minimum requirements:


  • A degree in Electrical Engineering. MSEE is highly desired!
  • A minimum of 10 years experience in Advanced Technology and Engineering.
  • Strong understanding of analog and digital design, power, CCDs/Imaging devices, embedded processors, FPAs, CCDs, and motion controls.
