Your responsibilities will include:
Providing day-to-day administrative and technical supervision of the engineering personnel.
Planning and supervising specific engineering projects, directing work assignments, schedules, and reviews of work in progress.
Solving technical problems, proposing and reviewing solutions to manufacturing issues.Skills / Requirements
You will also need the following minimum requirements:
A Bachelor's Degree, with a minimum of three years related experience.
Experience handling personnel actions, including performance reviews, salary recommendations, and coordination of training and development.Important Notes
