CODAC is one of Arizona’s oldest and most respected community providers of specialty care for mental illness, addiction and trauma. What began as a grassroots drug abuse prevention program has grown into a multi-faceted organization that provides services across the entire spectrum of behavioral health care.

Through 13 service locations and over 450 staff and volunteers, CODAC now serves more than 15,000 individuals and families each year as a nonprofit 501(C)(3) organization. Our mission is to provide tools, support and services to individuals, families and communities so they may live with dignity, free from the harmful effects of mental illness, substance use disorders and trauma.

If you are driven by your own personal commitment to helping others and the community, you can build on your professional goals at CODAC. Though we are a team-focused, collaborative environment, we count on the strength of individuals to carry out our mission of care and compassion to our clients and their families. Whether it’s providing direct member care or offering professional, technical, clerical or other expertise and support, staff at CODAC are integral to the well being of our members and to the success of our organization.
