Plumber - Maintenance Engineer

Position is Full Time , 8 hour Day shifts
Inspects, installs, repairs and replaces pipes, fittings and plumbing fixtures to maintain the heating, water, gas and drainage systems of hospital facilities.
Repairs valves, fixtures and fittings in heating and drainage. Cuts, bends, threads pipes; fits threaded pipes with adjoining pipe assemblies. Replaces washers, faucets and broken pipes; caulks leaks, opens clogged drains. Caulks leaks, opens clogged drains. Installs, repairs and replaces piping and fittings for oil, gas, water, steam, air, heating and plumbing lines and systems for equipment such as compressors, pups, boilers.
Position Qualifications/Minimum Requirements
High School diploma/GED preferred or equivalent experience required.
Four (4) years experience in plumbing.
Read blueprints and diagrams, mechanical devices, water treatment, backflow testing, medical gases, fire sprinkler testing.
Required: Valid Driver's License.
